Colette earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, with a focus in spiritual and depth psychology. Prior to that, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California where she studied Psychology and Law. Through her own personal journey and experience, Colette brings a special combination of knowledge, warmth and compassionate care to the Casa Bella treatment team.
Colette approaches the practice of therapy as a mutual relationship, one that is based on integrity and trust. She conducts each session with a calm, empathic and attuned presence. Her goal is to provide a safe container for clients to fully experience all parts of themselves and to foster their own personal growth. She is experienced in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, self-esteem issues and life transitions. She has received additional training in trauma, including Brainspotting and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM).
An LA native, Colette resides in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. She enjoys being part of various community organizations including the Los Angeles River Artists and Business Association (LARABA) as well as being of service at the Downtown Women’s Center. Colette also maintains a private practice in West LA, where she treats adolescents, adults and couples.
“I view therapy as a path to self-empowerment that guides us to connect with our own unique inner-voice. By courageously turning inward, and embracing our strengths, we can experience the power of healing and transformation. At Casa Bella, I feel part of a nurturing environment where women can discover themselves and their deepest treasures.”
