Elisa Baer is a California-based Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from USC. Raised between Sweden and the US, Elisa’s approach to nutrition is grounded in her Scandinavian roots—prioritizing whole foods, seasonal eating, and longevity-focused care. She has clinical experience across diverse settings, including transplant, GI, and cardiac care at USC Keck Hospital, and has worked in outpatient and private practice settings focused on women’s health, gut health, and integrative nutrition. She is currently expanding her training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and has a deep passion for mental health recovery. Elisa is skilled at making nutrition science accessible and actionable, bringing a culturally sensitive, evidence-based, and functional lens to her work. She helps clients feel confident in the kitchen and enjoy cooking nutrient-dense meals, supporting them in creating long-term, sustainable health habits.
