Sarit supports the process of trauma healing and embodiment using Somatic Experiencing®, movement, sound, and mindfulness. These modalities help one reorganize their nervous system and support the development of accessible tools for self-regulation, self-care, creating healthy boundaries, and ultimately, supporting a nervous system that is more regulated and has more capacity to live life at its fullest. Somatic Experiencing® encourages bringing us into our aliveness and ability to move through the world more authentically. Sarit integrates Somatic Experiencing® techniques into her yoga teaching and yoga into individual Somatic Experiencing® sessions.
